CLASSES
GTJA offers training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, fitness, and sparring sessions (which include kick-boxing, MMA, and Jiu-Jitsu). We also offer instruction for kids in kick-boxing, MMA, and take down training, and classes for women only, that are women-led. We also have begun bringing jiu-jitsu to elementary and middle schools during afterschool hours, in order to teach self-defense and jiu-jitsu directly to students in afterschool care.
